TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-
Deposit:-
A deposit of £45 for UK tours and £95 for European tours is payable with a completeted booking form to ensure a place is reserved in your name.
A booking comfirmation will be issued showing the date the balance is due [ tours booked within 60days of departure must be paid in full.
Please take note late payment of balance may result in the loss of your deposit and cancelation of your tour.
Surcharges:-
Circumstances beyond our control may increase the cost of your holiday, ie euro/pound variations, cancelled ferries, upgrades if our usual hotel is not available for whatever reason.
We will of course try our best to keep this from happening.
If you cancel:-
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing with the following options:-
[a] 60 days or more from departure ,full refund, less £30 administration fee.
[b] 30-60 days No refund but a 50% of original paid towards another tour.
[c] Less than 30 days no refund.
If we cancel:-
We reserve the right to cancel a tour but will only do so in exceptional circumstances.
In this situation we will endeavour to find an alternative, if this was not possible or acceptable we will offer a full refund.
We will not accept responsiblity for or offer compensation due to circumstances beyond our control.
Transfer of booking:-
In the event of you having to cancel a transfer of booking to another person is ok but this will incur a small administration fee [£30].
I reccommend you have a travel cancellation insurance.
Tour changes:-
It is possible that small changes may have to be made to your tour and should not effect your holiday, in the case of any major changes needed
we will inform you immediately and will offer on e of the following options:-
[a]Continuing the tour with a different itinary.
[b]Accepting an alternative tour of the same or increased value.
[c]Cancelling and a full refund.
Finance protection:-
In accordance with EC Directive all moneys will be held in trust until your tour is completed.
Our responsibilities;=
We accept responsibility for providing tours as described in our website, we cannot be held responsable for any deficiencies in local condotions, maintenace or weather.
Your responsabilities:-
[a]You must inform us of any existing illness, infirmitiy, allergies or dietry needs that may effect you whilst on holidays.
[b]Be a competent rider able to keep up with modern traffic conditions.
[c]Have a motorcycle which is fully road legal, mechanically sound and suitable to tour.
[d]Hold a valid insurance certificate covering motorcycle, rider and passenger, including European cover where applicable.
[e]Have the ability to get your passenger, yourself and your motorcycle home in the evnt of an accident, breakdown, illness or emergency.
DOCUMENTATION:- [ you need]
[a] A valid Uk passport [non Uk residents may need a visa to visit some countries].
[b]E111 card for emergency [only] medical cover in EEC countries, [available free from Post Office.].
[c]European insurance cover for you, your pillion and motorbike including get you home.[green card and bail bond might be needed for Spain and Portugal and is usually free from your insurance company but you must contact them]
[d] Personal travel insurance for yourself and your pillion which must cover you for motorbikes as well. [available at the Post Office].
IMPORTANT :-
WE WILL REQUIRE SIGHT OF YOUR PERSONAL AND EUROPEAN COVER INSURANCE BEFORE COMMENCMENT OF YOUR TOUR.
